Gestalt & Body Work for Counsellors Monday 1st November:

This day focuses on what to do when counselling gets 'stuck'.  Includes how to work with unfinished business held in the unconscious but revealed through our dreams and our bodies. A lively, practical workshop including chairwork, boundaries, guided imagery, mindfulness and creative tools.

Toxic Relationships Tuesday 2nd November:

How do we become trapped in unhealthy relationships and why don't we get free? We identify patterns and misbeliefs which stop us from challenging the toxic games that get played and learn how to confront, when to forgive, and why we may not want to do either!

Overcoming Stress & Anxiety Wednesday 3rd November:

Stress, anxiety and fear dominate many people's lives and underlie many of the issues brought to counselling.  They can lead to a low quality of life and poor health.  Dr Chris Andrew addresses these issues with honesty and compassion, addressing early roots, changing the way we see the world, and bringing hope for the future.
