Course Accommodation

Accommodation at our course venue, the Sion Community in Brentwood, is becoming increasingly limited owing to the growth of the residential community based there. Previously, the costs for our weekend training and ministry courses offered an option for both non-residential and residential bookings.

However, for 2010, the price quoted for all courses, both one day and weekends, will be for training only.

• We are still able to offer accommodation at Sion on all our courses, subject to availability, at an additional cost to the course fee as stated.
• Accommodation is offered on a Bed and Breakfast basis only, at £33.00 per person per night (rate for 2010).
• Available rooms are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Please note that it is likely you will be sharing a twin-bedded room, and that these are not ensuite.

Therefore, accommodation at the Sion Community will need to be requested and paid for separately.

• You may make a request for accommodation at the Sion Community either prior to or after booking a course.
• When your accommodation request is received, availability at Sion will be checked and we will contact you, if applicable, with confirmation and a payment request.
• If we are able to offer you accommodation in response to your enquiry, this advice will be held for 10 working days only, therefore it is advisable to book your course straight away.  Deep Release cannot reserve spaces or guarantee this same availability if you delay your booking.
• If you have already booked a course before making an accommodation request and then choose to cancel it, the normal Terms & Conditions will apply.

Accommodation at the Sion Community is made via the Deep Release Office only – please do not contact Sion directly.

• For alternative accommodation arrangements, Brentwood has a number of good quality guest houses and hotels (including Premier Inn, Travelodge and Holiday Inn) which are easily bookable via the internet.
• Deep Release processes accommodation requests for the Sion Community only, so arrangements/payments for other venues will need to be made privately between you and the hotel you choose.
