Clare has worked as a counsellor/psychotherapist for 25 years at the master level with Deep Release.  She has a BA Hons, an MA in Integrative Arts Psychotherapy, a Diploma in Group Therapy, is ACC accredited, and UKCP registered.

In her practice, she works from an integrative perspective and using Deep Release interventions.  She works with adults and children and specialises in attachment, trauma, relationship difficulty, anxiety, depression, dissociation and abuse.  She offers supervision and runs her own training agency for counselling CPD called Kairos.

Clare is a member of the South Coast Regional Group and is a Deep Release trainer.
