Pauline has been counselling since 2003 and has a Diploma in Counselling, and in Counselling Supervision.  She is accredited by ACC and BACP.

Pauline offers individual counselling for women covering a wide range of issues, past or present.  She integrates a number of different approaches including Deep Release and seeks to tailor this to meet individual needs. She also offers counselling Supervision.

Pauline is a member of Essex 3 Regional Group.
