Vanessa has been counselling since 2002 She has a Diploma in Person Centered Counselling, a BSc (Hons) in Psychology & Counselling and a Certificate in Supervision. She is a member of the BACP and the ACC.

Vanessa uses a range of Deep Release interventions dealing with a variety of issues such as alcohol abuse, bereavement, low self-worth, sexual abuse and depression.

Vanessa is a member of Essex 2 Regional Group.
