Shirley has practised counselling since 1994 and has a BSc Hons in Integrative Counselling and an Advanced Diploma in Counselling.  She is a member of the BACP and the ACC.

Shirley specialises in working with the inner child, trauma and abuse, and relationship issues.  She regularly uses Deep Release interventions, working creatively with art therapy, story telling, puppets, drama as well as talking therapy.  Shirley takes clients over the age of 18 as individuals or couples.

Shirley is a member of Essex 1 Regional Group.
