Fred has been counselling since 2005 and has a Diploma in both Integrative Counselling and Supervision.

Fred is practised in the full range of Deep Release interventions and is able to work with individuals and couples.  He is mostly based at The Well counselling centre in Wilmington which has excellent facilities for creative work.

Fred coordinates and is a member of the Essex 2 Regional Group and is a Deep Release trainer.
