Julie has been counselling since 1995 and a practising Supervisor since 2003.  She has a Diploma in Counselling, as well as Supervision, and is accredited with the ACC in both.

Julie specialises in working in the area of self worth with people whose life experience has left them damaged and hurt.  She works with all the Deep Release interventions including creative work, therapeutic touch and holding, duvet and inner child work, anger work and a range of Gestalt and Transactional Analysis interventions.

Julie runs the South West Regional Group.
