ORDERS

Orders for publications can be made either via an order form or by ordering online (please see DESPATCH section below if you wish orders to be shipped abroad). 

If you wish to place an order using an order form, please download a form from the link found on the Publications Home Page.  This should be completed then sent or emailed to the address on the form without payment.  We will then calculate additional costs to cover Handling, Postage and Packaging and advise you of the total accordingly.  Once we are in receipt of payment, your goods will be despatched.

PAYMENT

If ordering by post, cheques should be made payable to PACT.  If ordering online, you can pay using a credit or debit card via PayPal (with or without a PayPal account). Please note that we are unable to take credit card details/payments over the phone.

DESPATCH 

UK: All orders are despatched by First Class Royal Mail within 1-2 days of receipt of the order with payment.

Overseas: Please either contact the office on +44 (0)1277 226121 or email publications@pact-resources.co.uk for more information.

ADDITIONAL COSTS

UK: An additional charge to cover processing, postage rates for the total weight of publications, and packaging is added to your order at the end of your shopping cart, if you order online, before you proceed to payment.  If we receive a downloaded order form, you will be advised of the additional cost before despatch.

Overseas: Please contact the office on +44 (0)1277 226121 or email publications@pact-resources.co.uk and we will advise you of the additional charge, depending on your order.

REFUNDS/RETURNS

Please contact the office on +44 (0)1277 226121 or email publications@pact-resources.co.uk if you have any queries or concerns about your order before returning goods to us.  If for any reason goods are returned to us, costs for this will be covered by the purchaser.  Refunds will be made by the following methods: PayPal for PayPal payment received; cheque for cheque or cash payment received.

DATA PROTECTION

Deep Release stores information relating to all orders in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
