I work specifically with women and am passionate about how our faith informs us. I specialise in relationship difficulties including separation/divorce, anxiety and self esteem issues. I work both in-person and online via Zoom.
Description
My greatest joy is seeing you experience those Ah-ha! moments and break free from things that have held you back and kept you from becoming the best version of yourself. My desire is to empower women of faith, or none, to rebuild their self-image, experience healthier relationships and have confidence to face the future with renewed energy and hope.
I hold a Dip HE in Counselling and am a member of the Association of Christian Counsellors.
