DEEP RELEASE LTD TERMS & CONDITIONS

ONLINE TRAINING & ONE DAY IN PERSON COURSES

Bookings must be made and paid for in advance through www.deeprelease.org.uk. Here you can pay using a credit or debit card.  Please note that we are unable to take card payments over the phone. 

It is not possible to refund or transfer bookings for any reason, including illness, emergencies or, in the case of online training, failures with the equipment you are using to access the training.

We reserve the right to substitute the named trainer/s.

ONLINE & ONE DAY IN PERSON TRAINING – CANCELLATION BY US

If a course is cancelled by us for any reason you can choose either to receive a refund for the full amount you paid, or you may transfer this sum to a different course, subject to availability.   Deep Release cannot be held liable for any additional costs incurred by the course applicant in connection with the cancelled course, eg train or flight or loss of earnings. 

ONLINE ONE DAY IN PERSON TRAINING – CANCELLATION BY YOU 

Courses are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unless otherwise stated in the course description, you will receive a time limited catch up video link to enable you to watch the training at a time convenient to you (online training only). If you elect to be by instalments, all payments are due even in the event that you cancel. 

 

 

WORKING CREATIVELY WITH THE INNER CHILD WEEKEND – APRIL 26-28 2024

General

  • A £75 is deposit required at time of booking to secure your space, increasing to £140 after 8/1/24 . This is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable and applies when booking and making full payment, or when paying a deposit and then by standing order.
  • Programme, content and speakers subject to change.
  • Confirmation of your place will be sent to you by email.

 

Paying by standing order:

  • Standing order payments must be made each month following the payment of a £75 deposit (£140 after 8/1/24).
  • You will be contacted after paying your deposit with details to enable you to set up monthly standing order payments.
  • March 26, 2024 – Full amount due by standing order payees.
  • You must contact us in advance if, for any reason, you cannot make a payment: info@deeprelease.org.uk.
  • Payments are to be made monthly from the next month following booking. In case of missed payments we reserve the right to demand immediate payment of the balance in full or otherwise cancel the course place.

 

Cancellation by us:

  • If the conference is postponed or cancelled by us for any reason you can choose either to receive a refund for the full amount you have paid, or you may transfer this sum to a different course, subject to availability.   Deep Release cannot be held liable for any additional costs incurred by the course participant in connection with the cancelled course, including, but not limited to, transport and loss of earnings.

 

Cancellation by you (when making full payment on booking)  

  • Cancellation before 31 January 2024: Deposit retained. 50% refund of any other monies paid.
  • After 31 January 2024: Deposit retained. No refund of any other monies paid.

 

Cancellation by you (when paying by standing order)

Please note that standing order payees will be billed for any monies outstanding on cancellation according to the cancellation deadlines and percentages below. 

  • Cancellation before 31 January 2024: 50% of total course fee due or forfeited if already paid.

  • Cancellation 31 January 2024: Full amount due. Deposit retained, full course fee due.  

DEEP RELEASE COUNSELLORS CONFERENCE –  SEPT 27-29 2024

General

  • In case of missed payments, or failure to set up a standing order, we reserve the right to demand immediate payment of the balance in full or otherwise cancel your course place.

 

Cancellation by us:

September 15-17, 2024 Deep Release Counsellors Conference: 

  • Cancellation before 1 July 2024: Deposit retained. 50% refund of any other monies paid.
  • After 1 July 2024: Deposit retained. No refund of any other monies paid.

 

Cancellation by you (when paying by standing order)
