I trained as an integrative therapist in 2013 in Devon, and work with adults and young people both face to face in Plymouth, and online via Zoom video.
Creativity is a passion of mine, and I offer to work with a variety of creative resources including sand tray, stones, picture cards, figures, and nesting dolls.
I work sensitively and empathically with all clients, and have particular interest and experience in working with loss, trauma, childhood sexual abuse, low self esteem, and pregnancy crisis/loss.
