Jay has been counselling since 2000 and has a Diploma in both Integrative Counselling and Supervision. She is accredited with the ACC & is practised in many of the Deep Release interventions and is able to work with individuals and couples.
Description
Jay works with adults and children. Issues covered include relationship, trauma, self esteem, bereavement and anxiety. She is based Mid Kent.
