Description
I value seeing clients understand themselves and their relationships more; explore life experiences and emotions; find release from thought patterns and unhelpful coping strategies; develop new perspectives and ways of being that are congruent with their values, personality and stage of life; and I am comfortable exploring aspects of faith and spirituality. I have additional training in trauma using the PICT model, and in disordered eating. I am also a qualified counselling supervisor.
