I am an “Integrative” Therapeutic Counsellor – which means that I have training in a range of therapeutic theories and creative approaches that I can draw on to best meet the needs of an individual client.
I offer a professional and compassionate service in a safe, private environment withconfidential boundaries. Working with both adults and young people who may be strugglingwith a variety of life issues including: anxiety, depression, bereavement and loss, addictions, chronic issues, cultural issues, family issues, spiritual issues, stress management and work related problems.
