Description
Transactional Analysis (TA) provides a powerful way of understanding communication and relationship dynamics. Looking at our behaviour through the lens of Parent, Adult, and Child ego states, TA fosters greater self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
In today’s enjoyable training, Pauline and Chris will share ways for counsellors to communicate TA simply with clients, using graphic and creative tools, leading to better relationships and personal growth.
Today’s training will cover:
- A review of the basic principles of TA
- How TA has developed since Eric Berne’s original ideas
- A framework for understanding our own behaviour patterns
- How relationships can become more balanced
- Creative interventions to help clients explore interpersonal dynamics
Can’t make it to the live session? No problem! Book as usual and you’ll automatically receive a video link to watch and learn at your own pace. This is sent within a few days of the course and lasts for 7 days when paying the £10 and £20 rates, and is unlimited for the £30 rate.
