From time to time, we may need to a bit of help making sense of life or getting through difficult patches. Sometimes we just need someone to listen and really hear us.

I am committed to developing a safe collaborative relationship with you, working at your own pace to explore the different challenges, past and/or present that may be hindering you, confusing you or causing you pain at this time. I offer both short-term and longer-term therapy either in-person or online.

Jay has been counselling since 2000 and has a Diploma in both Integrative Counselling and Supervision. She is accredited with the ACC & is practised in many of the Deep Release interventions and is able to work with individuals and couples.
