Email sent: 3/9/24

Dear Friends

We hope this message finds you well and excited for the conference!

Important info:
If you haven’t done so already, please take a moment to review the important information sent recently, as below. Please make sure you’re aware of which fruity small group you’re in and your colour for Saturday evening!

Workshops:
We’re excited to let you know that workshop bookings will open this Thursday at 10.30am via the Deep Release website. Please look out for an email on Thursday morning, which will give you a link, password and full details of how to book.

  • Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. However, most workshops are offered twice, so we are hopeful you will be able secure most, if not all, of your preferred choices?

Important info:

First of all some important info to note!

Your small group will be: please contact the info@deeprelease.org.uk)

General info:
The conference hub is now live and is your go-to resource for all things conference-related. You can check out the programme, get directions, and even take a virtual tour of Moor Hall!

Choosing your workshops: we have some great workshops lined up, which you will be able to choose during the first week of September. We will email you with details shortly.

What happens when I arrive?
Please arrive at Moor Hall from 3pm on the Friday. We’ve now combined check-in and registration, so our friendly team will both register you and give you your room key at the lounge/bar registration desk (head to reception, who will guide you there). Registration will close at 5.30pm, but don’t worry, you can also register during the evening Welcome meeting.

After registering:
you are welcome to have some time to yourself, or stay with us in the lounge/bar for coffee and a chat. This is very relaxed and informal, and a really nice way to start the weekend while getting to know other participants.

Start time:
The conference starts with dinner at 6pm.

Exciting Changes This Year!

Small Groups:
While the conference will maintain its familiar format of choosing workshops and moving between rooms, we are also introducing supportive small groups, named after fruits 🙂 Each group will consist of around 8 people plus a facilitator, and will meet during the regular programme times to connect and check in.

Saturday Evening:
Instead of the formal dinner we’ve had in past years, we’re mixing things up with a BBQ (and maybe some lawn games too)! It’ll be a colourful celebration, and we invite you to dress in your group’s colour (you don’t have to be head to toe in the colour, but a top would be good for the group photo!).

We are looking forward to an amazing time together, but if you have any questions in the meantime please don’t hesitate to get in touch: info@deeprelease.org.uk.

We particularly understand how nerve-wracking it can be if you’re attending alone, or for the first time, so if you have any concerns, again, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re happy to walk you through anything you’re unsure of or pair you up with a buddy 🙂

See you soon!
