Online training
When will I receive my Zoom link?
Firstly, we’re so glad you’ve booked a training day with us! A course confirmation is sent by email to you straight away. This contains the Zoom link for the training and other information about the day. If you don’t receive this shortly after booking, please check your spam/junk folder and then email us right away so we can make sure you have everything you need in good time. We look forward to welcoming you!
How do I find my programme, handout and CPD certificate?
We aim to get these materials to you the day before the training. Once they are available you will receive an email with instructions on how to download them.
Will the training be recorded?
Yes! A free playback is included in your course booking. We aim to have the link ready within a day of the training taking place and is automatically sent to everyone who books. The link remains live for one week after being sent. If you can’t attend you don’t need to let us know or specifically request the link – it is automatically sent to everyone who books.
Many of our courses are also available to purchase here as edited videos and come with lifetime access, materials and a CPD certificate.
Can I request an extension to the video playback of my course?
Unfortunately we are not able to extend the duration of the link, however, many of our training videos are turned into edited videos, and can be purchased through pact-resources.co.uk.
Can I transfer my day or request a refund?
Everyone who has booked on a day automatically receives a link to a video playback (see question above).
It is really important to us that our training is not only high-quality, but also affordable! This means keeping our administration costs low, so we are not able to refund or transfer course bookings for any reason, including booking errors, illness, emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances. Will my certificate count towards my CPD requirements?
Many of our participants have successfully used our certificates towards completing annual CPD hours with all of the main counselling accrediting bodies.
Can I pay by card over the phone?
Bookings for courses can only be made through the website.
Do I have to be a counsellor to attend your training days?
Many of our courses are also suitable for trainee counsellors, coaches, pastoral workers and those in ‘people’ professions. Please contact us if you are unsure if a course is suitable for you.
What happens if Deep Release cancels a course?
Very occasionally a course may be cancelled if there isn’t enough uptake. If a course cannot go ahead for any reason, you will be offered the choice of either transferring to another course (if available) or a full refund via PayPal if within the PayPal refund period. Otherwise we will contact you and refund you by bank transfer. You can see our full terms and conditions here.
Counselling
How can I find a Deep Release counsellor or supervisor?
We have a list of counsellors who have completed our training, please click here. We don’t cover the whole of the UK (yet!), but hopefully there is someone near you. If there isn’t, many of our counsellors also offer online and telephone counselling. Please make contact with the counsellors through their listing details. We don’t organise counselling through the office.
I require counselling for a particular issue in my life, can a Deep Release counsellor help?
Many counsellors will have gone on to train in specialist areas. If you are looking for help with a specific issue not mentioned in a counsellor’s profile, we would recommend you contact them directly to find out more.
I can’t meet the full cost of counselling, is there any help available?
Each Deep Release counsellor sets their own session fees. We are sometimes able to offer help in meeting counselling costs for those having counselling or therapy with a Deep Release counsellor (please ask your counsellor to contact the office directly).
