Where is Moor Hall?

Moor Hall is set within nine acres in the historic Thames-side village of Cookham, close to Maidenhead, Windsor, Slough and Marlow. It has excellent transport links, with easy access to the M4, M40 and M25, and rail connections to Central London and Heathrow.
Do I need to attend the whole conference?
Yes, please. Each workshop builds on the others, so the full weekend is designed as one complete experience. We aren’t able to offer reduced fees for partial attendance.
I’ve never been to a Deep Release conference before – will I fit in?
Absolutely! Whether it’s your first time or you’ve joined us many times before, you’ll receive a warm welcome. We’re a friendly community of counsellors, and we create plenty of space—such as small groups—to help everyone connect at a comfortable pace.
Do you cater for dietary or other special requirements?
Yes. Please let us know at least 3 weeks before the conference so we can ensure everything is in place for you.
Do I need to be a Deep Release counsellor to attend?
Not at all—we welcome counsellors from all backgrounds and approaches.
Can trainee counsellors attend?
Yes. If you’re currently studying on a Level 4 Counselling Diploma, you’re very welcome to join us.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes. Moor Hall offers free, ample parking for all guests.
Where do I go when I arrive?
After parking, please walk back down the driveway to reception to check in. Once you’re settled, feel free to join us in the lounge bar for registration, coffee and conversation—or enjoy some quiet time until the first workshop at 4pm.
When can I check into my room?
Check-in opens at 2pm on Friday. You’re welcome to relax, explore the area, or join us for a coffee in the lounge bar before the conference begins at 4pm.
Please check out by 11am on Sunday.
What is the accommodation like?
Rooms are compact but comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. All rooms include:
