DEEP RELEASE LTD TERMS & CONDITIONS

ONLINE TRAINING &
ONE DAY IN PERSON COURSES

Bookings must be made and paid for in advance through www.deeprelease.org.uk. You can pay using a credit or debit card. Please note that we are unable to take card payments over the phone.

It is not possible to refund or transfer bookings for any reason, including illness, emergencies, or, in the case of online training, failures with the equipment you are using to access the training.

We reserve the right to substitute the named trainer(s).

IN-PERSON TRAINING – REFUND EXCEPTION

For one-day in-person courses, all payments are non-refundable. However, in the event of cancellation by the participant, the booking may be exchanged for one online training course of your choice (subject to availability and a maximum value of £36). You must give a minimum of one week’s notice by email to info@deeprelease.org.uk, or no exchange is available. Your chosen course must take place within the same year. 

ONLINE & ONE DAY IN PERSON TRAINING – CANCELLATION BY US

If a course is cancelled by us for any reason, you may choose either to receive a full refund or to transfer the amount paid to a different course, subject to availability. Deep Release cannot be held liable for any additional costs incurred by the course applicant in connection with the cancelled course, e.g., transport, accommodation, or loss of earnings.

ONLINE TRAINING – CANCELLATION BY YOU

Courses are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unless otherwise stated in the course description, you will receive a time-limited or unlimited catch-up video link (depending on which ticket was purchased) to enable you to watch the training at a time convenient to you (online training only). 

DEEP RELEASE COUNSELLORS CONFERENCE – SEPTEMBER 12–14, 2025

**General**

A £99 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your space. This is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, whether paying in full or by standing order.

Programme, content, and speakers are subject to change.

Confirmation of your place will be sent by email.

**Paying by standing order**

Standing order payments must be made each month following payment of the £99 deposit.

After paying your deposit, you will be contacted with details to set up monthly standing order payments.

Full payment is due by August 29, 2025, for standing order payees.

You must contact us in advance if, for any reason, you are unable to make a payment: admin@deeprelease.org.uk.

Missed payments may result in the demand for immediate full payment or cancellation of your place.

**Cancellation by us**

If the event is postponed or cancelled by us for any reason, you may choose either a full refund or transfer of funds to another course, subject to availability. Deep Release cannot be held liable for additional costs incurred (e.g., travel, accommodation, or loss of earnings).

**Cancellation by you (when paying in full at time of booking)**

Cancellation before 31 July 2025: Deposit retained; 50% refund of any other monies paid.

Cancellation after 31 July 2025: Deposit retained; no refund of other monies paid.

**Cancellation by you (when paying by standing order)**

Cancellation before 31 July 2025: Deposit retained; 50% of the total course fee due or forfeited if already paid.

Cancellation after 31 July 2025: Deposit retained; full course fee due.
