This training day explores how working with dreams in a way that is respectful, collaborative, and grounded in the therapeutic relationship can support meaningful shifts in self-awareness, shedding light on both past experiences and present concerns.
Through a combination of theory, demonstration, and creative ways of working, participants will explore how dreams can be approached as meaningful emotional experiences rather than symbols to be interpreted. You will learn how to invite, explore, and close dreamwork safely, while remaining firmly client-led and ethically attuned.
