The First 1,000 Days: Understanding Attachment, Trauma and Early Development
July 14 @ 9:30 am - 1:00 pm
Virtual Event
£15.00 – £36.00

The first 1,000 days of life – from conception to around a child’s second birthday – are now recognised as a remarkably important period in human development. During this time, the foundations of attachment, emotional regulation, resilience and relationship are being laid.
Dr Chris and Pauline Andrew invite us on a fascinating journey into the earliest stages of human development, exploring what happens before we can remember.
This workshop explores how experiences in the womb, at birth and in our earliest relationships can shape the developing child, and how these early influences may continue to be reflected in the stories, struggles and strengths our clients bring to therapy.
